At Smilipaw, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer the following return policy:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@smilipaw.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive your unopened return, we will inspect the item and process your refund with 15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@smilipaw.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

• Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return.
• Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
